WAC Fall Registration - Reminder (Sept/Oct/Nov) is now due...

Hello WAC Parents,
 
This is a reminder of varioius administrative tasks that all parents are requested to complete.
 
Administrative Tasks: 
  1. ​Tuition is paid quarterly and due within the first 15 days of the quarter. https://sierra.augusoft.net/index.cfm? WAC Quarters are listed below:
    1. Fall Quarter: (September, October and November) 
    2. Winter Quarter: (December, January and February)
    3. Spring Quarter: (March, April and May)
    4. Summer Quarter: (June, July and August)
       
  2. Every Family must be registered on Sports Engine Motion (formerly TeamUnify) with just one Primary Account.  This account is responsible for all communications, you can add alternate/additional emails for other family members within your own profile. This is how WAC staff communicates with parents about pool alerts, practice changes, swim meet registrations, special events, job assignments and more.
    Please note that the alternate / additional emails do not receive financial reports.
     
  3. Each family SportsEngine account (formerly TeamUnify) is required to maintain a valid Credit Card in their profile at all times. This covers the costs for various special events, caps, team photos, wac gear, etc. 
     
  4. USA Swimming Registration, please logon to your account and check that your athlete(s) are in good standing (the swim usa logo will be shaded if the account is not up to date.)  We still have a small number that have not completed their registration. Please address as soon as possible. 
     
  5. Agreements; each family account has to read, review and accept each of the existing agreements. The agreements cover a variety of topics including team travel, code of conduct on the pool deck etc. Please check your profile account to see your notifications. 

As the holidays approach please help us communicate with you more efficiently by maintaininig your email account, if you are not receiving emails from [email protected] please check your junk mail settings and your SE profile settings. Also note that some Text Message alerts are available if your profile has a valid phone number and carrier identified.
